Day 1: Posture, Flow and Stillness for Body, Breath and Mind (Practice-based)
9:00am – 12:00pm & 1:30pm – 4:30pm

In this practice-based exploration, Leslie will lead participants through a sequence that includes a warm-up, a vinyasa flow with held postures, and a cool-down/relaxation that ends with a seated breathing practice.

Beginners, advanced practitioners and teachers are welcome, as Leslie will encourage each student to work to their own level of challenge and at their own pace.

During the afternoon session, Leslie will deconstruct and analyse the sequence from an anatomical and pedagogical perspective. Ample time will be devoted to questions, feedback, and the exploration of ideas for individual modification and therapeutic adaptation.

This day works as a standalone practice day or as part of the weekend workshops, and is suitable for yoga practioners and teachers alike.
