Advanced
A challenging asana practice focused on exploring the potential of the body and mind-body connection through advanced asanas that demand a great deal of strength and flexibility. Some pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included. Suitable for advanced yoga practitioners. Students must have attended Level 2 classes on a consistent basis and have the necessary body stability and awareness to take on Level 3 asanas. Ability to kick into handstand (at the wall) and do wheel pose (Urdhva Dhanurasana) with arms straight is required for this class.


Aerial Yoga 1
This specialised class combines traditional asanas with the use of a hammock. The hammock reduces the effects of gravity and stress in the joints and spine; it also helps to build upper body and core strength and provides a medium for deep relaxation. Students are advised to wear tops with sleeves to protect the skin from rubbing against the fabric of the hammock. In some classes, additional gear with handle bars may be used to aid the alignment of certain yoga postures. Some pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included. Suitable for students with some yoga experience looking to have an invigorating practice. Some supported inversions and Level 2 postures may be introduced, with options for Level 1 students to ease the transition from Level 1 to Level 2 classes. Please note that it is necessary to arrive 15 minutes early before class so the hammock height can be adjusted to an appropriate level.


Aerial Yoga 2

Alignment 1
An asana practice that explores the poses (asanas) through clear and intelligent alignment, building strength and ultimately creating a thorough understanding of each pose. Some pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included. Suitable for beginner students with or without yoga experience looking to have an invigorating physical and mental practice. Fundamental standing poses and seated poses with some basic backbends and preparations for inversion poses are taught.


Alignment 2
An asana practice that explores the poses (asanas) through clear and intelligent alignment, building strength and ultimately creating a thorough understanding of each pose. Some pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included. Suitable for intermediate yoga practitioners with a consistent practice. This class builds on the necessary body stability acquired in Level 1 Alignment classes to take on more challenging asanas and sequences. Full inversions, arm balances and backbends may be included in this class.


Alignment 3
An asana practice that explores the poses (asanas) through clear and intelligent alignment, building strength and ultimately creating a thorough understanding of each pose. Some pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included. Suitable for students with a consistent Level 2/3 practice who have the necessary body stability and awareness to take on Level 3 asanas. This class will include longer timings for key poses. A clear understanding of the fundamental alignments and the ability to perform headstand, shoulderstand, kick to handstand at the wall, and push into Urdhva Dhanurasana with straight arms is necessary to attend this class.


Ashtanga 1
This dynamic class comprises the classical form of Vinyasa Yoga as taught in its traditional sequence. It combines power and flexibility with movement, bandhas and breath, to produce an energetic and detoxifying practice. The Ashtanga opening chant is an intrinsic part of this Yoga tradition and is included in this class. During this practice, the Primary and Finishing sequences are shortened. Suitable for students with previous Vinyasa or Ashtanga experience.


Ashtanga 2
This dynamic class comprises the classical form of Vinyasa Yoga as taught in its traditional sequence. It combines power and flexibility with movement, bandhas and breath, to produce an energetic and detoxifying practice. The Ashtanga opening chant is an intrinsic part of this Yoga tradition and is included in this class. This practice includes the full Primary and Finishing sequences; please note that some postures may be skipped due to time constraints. Suitable for students with a consistent Ashtanga or Vinyasa practice.

This dynamic class comprises the classical form of Vinyasa Yoga as taught in its traditional sequence. It combines power and flexibility with movement, bandhas and breath, to produce an energetic and detoxifying practice. The Ashtanga opening chant is an intrinsic part of this Yoga tradition and is included in this class. Suitable for new practitioners and students who want to increase their knowledge of the fundamental Ashtanga practice. This class sets the foundation for all the other Ashtanga classes.


Baptiste Power Vinyasa
This dynamic practice follows the tradition developed by Baron Baptiste, which encourages students to follow a continuous flow of strong and challenging postures in a heated room. Students are inspired to be authentic and present in their practice and translate these qualities into their lives. Some pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included. The heat adds to the physical effort required to do the postures and aids to condition the body. This class is suitable for students with some Vinyasa experience looking to have a challenging and dynamic experience. Room temperature: 35-38 °C.


Beginners' Workshop: Basic Asana

Beginners' Workshop: Sun Salutations
A beginners practice focused on introducing the basic concepts and postures in the traditional sun salutations. Students will learn to connect the movement of their bodies along with the rhythm of their breaths. Some pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included. Suitable for new practitioners and students who want to increase their knowledge of the fundamental sun salutation sequences and breath alignment. This class sets the foundation for Vinyasa classes.


Blindfolded Suns
When sight is removed from your yoga practice, there’s no choice but to turn inward and heighten your other senses. Eye mask will be provided.


Bollyfit
A unique and refreshing blend of Yoga, Dance and Aerobics set to the most popular bollywood music. Explore the fun side of doing yoga warm up and toning exercises, followed by free style dancing. This class uses simple non-stop dance moves which are not set in a choreography, so just come and dance along. The class ends with cooling, relaxing stretches and is a fun way to de-stress and sweat. Suitable for beginners in Yoga and dance.


Bollywood
From the exotic land of India, this class serves up a blend of jazz classical Indian and Bangrah – you’ll have fun in these high-energy dance classes where the girl always gets her guy. Like a love story from the most flamboyant Bollywood films, the moves are over-the-top and the atmosphere is electrifying.


Bollywood Fusion
Bollywood is India's coolest, funkiest, most popular genre of music, derived mostly from the flamboyant Indian films – while Fusion is the free style of choreography for these fun-filled songs. And so, Bollywood Fusion is born! It's Fusion because the dance has elements of both Indian and Western moves. Level 1 is for all, even absolute beginners. Level 2 is more challenging, so it's recommended for those who have attended at least 10 classes of Level 1.


Chair Yoga
This specialised class combines the use of a conventional yoga chair with traditional asanas. The chair enables longer holds of the postures and facilitates deeper stretching with ease and support. Some pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included. This class is suitable for students with some yoga experience looking to increase the mobility of their bodies and have an invigorating experience. Some supported inversions and Level 2 postures may be introduced with options for Level 1 students. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early before class to help set up the props.


Core
This specialised class focuses on strengthening the core muscles and improving the internal support and stability of the body. Abdominal postures and breathing techniques are incorporated into the class to strengthen the connection between the upper and the lower body. Some chanting and meditation may be included. Suitable for intermediate yoga practitioners with a consistent practice. This class builds on the necessary body stability acquired in Level 1 classes to take on more challenging asanas and sequences. Classes are taught with modifications to allow an easy transition from Level 1 to Level 2. Full inversions may be included in these classes.


Dance Basics
Get back to the basics in this class comprised of cool yet simple choreography for Bollywood music. A wonderful entry point for beginners in this style of dance and excellent for establishing a solid foundation in footwork, alignment, rhythm, body expression, and choreography. More than just an exhilarating workout to tone your physique, it’s an all-out session of fun!


Detox Flow
A dynamic practice in a heated room focusing on stimulating the digestive system with the purpose of aiding the detoxification of the body. Students will experience sequences of poses including twists, bends and stretches that massage the digestive organs. Some pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included. Suitable for students with some Vinyasa experience looking to have a challenging and dynamic experience. No full inversions are included in these classes. Room temperature: 35-38 °C.


Dharma Yoga
This dynamic class follows the tradition developed by Sri Dharma Mittra. It comprises of a system of classical Hatha-Raja Yoga; a devotional practice that emphasises good health, a clear mind and a kind heart. Students are encouraged to do each posture at their own level as they go through the different parts of the sequence. Asana, pranayama, chanting, deep relaxation, meditation and philosophy are included in these classes with the purpose of strengthening and purifying the entire system. Suitable for students with some yoga experience looking to have an invigorating and dynamic experience. Some inversions and Level 2 postures may be introduced with options for Level 1 students.

A non-vinyasa based asana practice focused on connecting the body and mind with the purpose of increasing awareness and stability. Some pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included. Suitable for anyone looking to stretch their bodies with moderate physical effort. The focus of the class is more on stretching and awareness of body.


Hatha Sun
A specialised class that starts with variations of the scientific sequence of pranayama to activate and regulate the life force on one\'s body. Deep inhalation (pooraka) and exhalation (rechaka) with retention (kumbhaka) will increase the oxygen level in the blood. Then, we will practice variations of sun salutations incorporating basic to challenging asanas. This, together with the strong focus on breathing, would activate the pranic energy in the body.


Heart Opening Yin
The class features breathing techniques coupled with appropriate asanas (postures) for a blossoming heart opening experience. The class may include meditation along with the practice of breathing techniques.


Holiday Hips
This class will focus on strengthening and stretching the hip muscles, hip flexors and the groin to make your hips happy and feeling relieved after the practice. The class finishes with Prana Nidra meditation.


Hot 26
A non-vinyasa based set sequence practised in a heated room focused on increasing the flexibility of the spine. 26 postures are practised in this sequence with no upper body weight-bearing. This class includes asana and pranayama. The heat adds to the physical effort required to do the postures and aids to condition the body. This class is suitable for students with physical endurance. No inversions are taught in this class. Room temperature: 38-41 °C.


Hot 26 (silent)
A non-vinyasa based set sequence practised in a heated room focused on increasing the flexibility of the spine. 26 postures are practised in this sequence with no upper body weight-bearing. During this class, the teacher practices with the students and there are no verbal instructions. This class includes asana and pranayama. The heat adds to the physical effort required to do the postures and aids to condition the body. This class is suitable for students with a consistent Hot 26 practice who are familiar with the sequence. Room temperature: 38-41 °C.


Hot 31
A set sequence practised in a heated room focused on connecting the body and mind. 31 postures are practised in this sequence with the inclusion of a few sun salutations, pranayama and asana. The heat adds to the physical effort required to do the postures and aids to condition the body. This class is suitable for students with physical endurance. No inversions are taught in this class. Room temperature: 38-41 °C.


Hot 37
A non-vinyasa based set sequence practised in a heated room focused on connecting the body and mind. 37 postures are practised in this sequence, including some upper body weight bearing. This sequence includes asana and pranayama. The heat adds to the physical effort required to do the postures and aids to condition the body. This class is suitable for students with physical endurance. No inversions are taught in this class. Room temperature: 38-41 °C.


Hot Basics
A beginners’ non-vinyasa based asana practice in a heated room. Some pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included. The heat adds to the physical effort required to do the postures and aids to condition the body. This class is suitable for new practitioners and students who want to increase their understanding about practicing in a heated room as well as appropriate breathing techniques. This class sets the foundation for all the other Hot classes. Room temperature: 38-40 °C.


Hot Hatha 1
A non-vinyasa based asana practice in a heated room focused on connecting the body and mind. Some asanas are held for longer periods of time with the purpose of building endurance. Indian Dance
One-hour class with Semi-Classical choreography that is graceful, animated and artistic. This type of dance involves lots of hand gestures, eye and neck movements, which helps to improve co-ordination.


Intro to Mysore
A friendly and informal workshop-style class, that intends to welcome the beginner to this wonderful, traditional way of practicing yoga and as grounding in the fundamentals of the practice. It is the perfect introduction to our daily early-morning Mysore classes. Joy of Yoga - Nada Yoga Master Class - Music, Meditation, Asana, Chanting
This class explores the bigger spectrum of the Nada Yoga meditation. Asanas are included as well as music and chanting to help practitioners optimise the brain frequency, release negative emotions, reduce stress and relax the body.


Joy of Yoga - Tibetan Singing Bowls
Experience mind body therapy practice with Kelsey and Noy. 14 Tibetan singing bowls are used in this practice to get the practitioners into a deep meditative state, helping to remove stress and improve concentration.


KIRTAN: Yoga for the Heart
This is a Bhakti Yoga practice of chanting Sanskrit mantras with music. Mantras are words or phrases that carry sound vibrations and can stimulate a powerful healing effect at different levels of our being. Participating in a Kirtan session cultivates an active, effortless meditation that promotes a deeper connection with the heart and awareness of the community. Suitable for anyone looking to release stress, relax their minds and enjoy a rather different kind of fun night out!


Kuchipudi
It's the traditional (Classical) dance originating from Andhra Pradesh, South India. Like ballet, the syllabus is fixed and everyone learns individually, and at their own pace. It's a personalised group class. All levels are welcome.


Learn To Invert
The class will focus on developing greater core, arm and shoulder strength for students to build up into a safe handstand. Students will learn systematically with tips to refine their handstand or approach it for the very first time.


Light & Sound Meditation with Crystal Singing Bowls
During this specialised class, students will experience the powerful resonance of Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls while being guided in meditation. These singing bowls are specifically crafted to produce a resonance that is not only heard, but also felt; such resonance can positively affect the Chakras (energy centres) and help purify the body’s energy system. Some pranayama and chanting will be included. Suitable for anyone seeking to calm their minds and revitalise their bodies.


Mysore
This class follows the traditional KPJAYI method by which Ashtanga Yoga is taught in Mysore, South India. Students are individually and gradually taught the Primary Series of Ashtanga until they memorise the sequence and are able to practise it on their own. Once the Primary Series is completed, then the Intermediate Series begins. Suitable for students with a consistent Ashtanga practice and knowledge of the Primary Series sequence.


Nada Yoga (meditation)
Nada means flow of sound. Navakarana Vinyasa
Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa™ is a method of vinyāsa yoga developed by Dario Calvaruso to help practitioners to create their own personalised self-practice based on their current level. The name refers to 9 (nava) units of movement (karaṇa) harmoniously put together (vinyāsa) to create a sequence (krama). Minimal instructions are given during practice to facilitate a harmonious flow, rhythmic breathing, concentration and mental clarity. This class also includes traditional Sanskrit terminology, chanting of sutras (philosophical scriptures), kriyas (active cleanses), pranayama and meditation. Suitable for intermediate yoga practitioners with a consistent Vinyasa practice. This class builds on the necessary body stability acquired in Level 1 classes to take on more challenging asanas and sequences. Pre-Natal
This class is designed to meet the needs of pregnant women and allow them to connect with their babies and their bodies during this special period in their lives. Specific postures are performed with the purpose of connecting with the pelvic floor area, strengthening specific areas of the core and nourishing their bodies as a whole. A sense of community is encouraged by practising along other women and sharing the experience of pregnancy. Some pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included. Satyananda Yoga Meditation, Pranayama & Yoga Nidra

Sivananda Yoga
This class follows the Sivananda Yoga tradition established by Swami Sivananda and spread by his disciple Swami Vishnudevananda. This tradition integrates the 4 paths of yoga (Karma, Bhakti, Raja and Jnana) and seeks to develop physical and mental health as well as spiritual growth. This class comprises of sun salutations, the 12 traditional Sivananda postures, and a final deep relaxation that allows the body to release unnecessary tensions and integrate the benefits of the physical practice. Strength & Intelligence (by teacher's approval)
This advanced class seeks to deepen the understanding of the poses and build strength through intelligent sequencing and detailed alignment. Props are used to experience a deeper connection with the body and an expanded sense of inner balance. Some pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included. Suitable for teachers and mature students with a consistent Level 2/3 practice who have the necessary body stability and awareness to take on Level 3 asanas. This class will include longer timings for key poses. A clear understanding of the fundamental alignments and the ability to perform headstand, shoulderstand, kick to handstand at the wall, and push into Urdhva Dhanurasana with straight arms is necessary to attend this class. Please note that prior approval from the teacher is required to join this class.


Superflow
This special heated Vinyasa practice encourages a deeper connection to our community and brings about an experience of fluidity, motion and heat. Poses are generally held for short periods of time and emphasis on the rhythm of the breath is encouraged with the purpose of aligning and focusing the mind. Some pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included. The heat adds to the physical effort required to do the postures and aids to condition the body. This class is suitable for students with some Vinyasa experience looking to have a challenging and dynamic experience. No full inversions are included in these classes. Some preparations for inversions and Level 2 postures may be introduced, with options for Level 1 students to ease the transition from Level 1 to Level 2 classes. Room temperature: 35-38 °C.

Following the scientific system of Universal Yoga, this full body stretching class will help to release the stress on the nervous and cardiovascular systems. Students will feel balanced and calm , experiencing a sense of peace towards the end of the class.


Upside Down
This specialised class focuses on the practice of inversions. Strengthening and stabilising postures are practised as a way to prepare the body for these poses and build its internal support. The class emphasises headstand, handstand, forearm balance and shoulderstand, as well as variations of these poses. Some pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included. Suitable for intermediate yoga practitioners with a consistent practice who are comfortable being upside down. This class builds on the necessary body stability and awareness acquired in Level 1 & 2 classes to take on inversion poses and their variations.


Vinyasa 1
A dynamic practice focused on moving the body along with the breath. The experience in this class is one of fluidity and motion. This class sets the foundation for all the other Vinyasa classes.


Vinyasa Gentle
A dynamic practice focused on moving the body along with the breath. The experience in this class is one of fluidity and motion. Poses are generally held for short periods of time and emphasis on the rhythm of the breath is encouraged with the purpose of aligning and focusing the mind. Some pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included. Suitable for anyone looking to stretch their bodies with moderate physical effort. The focus of the class is more on stretching and awareness of body-breath synchronicity.


Wall Rope Yoga 1
This specialised class is practiced on a Yoga Wall system that uses ropes, pelvic swings, bars and other props to help enhance traction and extension of the body in different yoga poses. The system is designed to assist the understanding of alignment as well as deepening the opening of the body during practice. Some pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included. Suitable for students with some yoga experience looking to explore the Wall Rope Yoga practice. Some supported inversions and Level 2 postures may be introduced, with options for Level 1 students to ease the transition from Level 1 to Level 2 classes. Please note that it is necessary to arrive 5-10 minutes early before class to set up the equipment.


Wall Yoga
We will have the mat against the wall, and will use the wall as support/ resistance/ and alignment to learn/ correct fundamental poses like warrior 1, 2, 3, half moon, etc.  1 mat against the wall per student and 1 belt, 2 blocks, 1 blanket, and 1 bloster for each student.


Warm & Relaxing Stretch
A healing practice done in a mildly heated room. This class focuses on opening the body and soothing the mind through gentle poses and the use of props. Students will experience more seated and supine postures and some longer asana holds. Some pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included. Suitable for anyone looking to stretch their bodies with moderate physical effort.


Warm Hip Opening - Love
Loosen tight hips, improve range of motion and circulation, alleviate back pain with this uniquely designed sequence. The warm temperature of the room adds the extra quotient to this healing practice in helping students to feel the benefits of the practice.


Yin
A healing practice focused on realigning and stretching the connective tissues of the body. Students will experience long held deep stretches with the purpose of connecting with the rhythm of the breath and cultivating a meditative mind. Some pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included. Suitable for anyone looking to stretch their bodies with little physical effort.


Yin-Yang
An asana practice that blends strengthening and softening elements with the purpose of balancing the body. Students will experience both, an invigorating practice combined with long held deep stretches to cultivate a focused and meditative mind. Some pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included. Suitable for beginners and students with some yoga experience looking to balance their strength and flexibility. No full inversions are included in these classes.

Yoga for Runners
This special class is designed with the runner’s body in mind. The focus is on stretching the areas that are typically tight, including the hamstrings, IT band and hips; strengthening the weak areas, like the core and upper body; and restoring some of the typically sore areas like the lower back. Specific sets of postures and sequences make for a well-balanced class designed to build flexibility, stabilise the joints and centre the breath. Some preparations for inversions and Level 2 postures may be introduced, with options for Level 1 students. This class is not suitable for beginners or students with spine injuries.


Yogalates 1
This specialised class features a combination of Yoga asanas with Pilates principles. The practice is focused on postures and exercises that strengthen the core of the body, promote stability and proper posture. Some pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included. Suitable for students with some yoga experience looking to strengthen their core. No full inversions are included in these classes. Some Level 2 postures may be introduced, with options for Level 1 students to ease the transition from Level 1 to Level 2 classes.


Yogalates 2
This specialised class features a combination of Yoga asanas with Pilates principles. The practice is focused on postures and exercises that strengthen the core of the body, promote stability and proper posture. Some pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included. Suitable for intermediate yoga practitioners with a consistent practice who also have attended at least 20 Yogalates classes. This class builds on the necessary body stability acquired in Level 1 classes to take on more challenging asanas and sequences. Classes are taught with modifications to allow an easy transition from Level 1 to Level 2.
