Class description:A set sequence practised in a heated room focused on connecting the body and mind. 31 postures are practised in this sequence with the inclusion of a few sun salutations, pranayama and asana. The heat adds to the physical effort required to do the postures and aids to condition the body. This class is suitable for students with physical endurance. No inversions are taught in this class. Room temperature: 38-41 °C.

Jane discovered yoga in 2007 and has been sharing her passion for yoga with students since 2012. Having lived in many places in the world, she now calls yoga her home, from where she develops an open attitude towards ever-changing environments and enjoys the spanda of life with playfulness and grace.

After exploring various styles of yoga with different teachers, Jane found resonance with her teacher, Patrick Creelman, who inspired her to continue her dedication to the study of yoga and embark on the path of teaching to share the benefits of yoga with everyone on this journey. Jane is also interested in the somatic relationship between the body, mind and soul, and practises Reiki and meditation to expand her spiritual developments.

Jane's classes are energetic and challenging, fun and playful. She uses an alignment-based approach to guide her students to find new depth in their practice under a safe environment and supportive surroundings.
