Class description:An asana practice that explores the poses (asanas) through clear and intelligent alignment, building strength and ultimately creating a thorough understanding of each pose. Some pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included. Suitable for beginner students with or without yoga experience looking to have an invigorating physical and mental practice. Fundamental standing poses and seated poses with some basic backbends and preparations for inversion poses are taught.

Jane discovered yoga in 2007 and has been sharing her passion for yoga with students since 2012. Having lived in many places in the world, she now calls yoga her home, from where she develops an open attitude towards ever-changing environments and enjoys the spanda of life with playfulness and grace.

After exploring various styles of yoga with different teachers, Jane found resonance with her teacher, Patrick Creelman, who inspired her to continue her dedication to the study of yoga and embark on the path of teaching to share the benefits of yoga with everyone on this journey. Jane is also interested in the somatic relationship between the body, mind and soul, and practises Reiki and meditation to expand her spiritual developments.

Jane's classes are energetic and challenging, fun and playful. She uses an alignment-based approach to guide her students to find new depth in their practice under a safe environment and supportive surroundings.
