|Class description:||A dynamic practice focused on moving the body along with the breath. The experience in this class is one of fluidity and motion. Poses are generally held for short periods of time and emphasis on the rhythm of the breath is encouraged with the purpose of aligning and focusing the mind. Some pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included.
Suitable for anyone looking to stretch their bodies with moderate physical effort. The focus of the class is more on stretching and awareness of body-breath synchronicity.|

|Gopal hails from Tamilnadu, Chennai (city of temples) in southern India . He began practising yoga from the age of 9 for fun but slowly found it had fused into his blood and breath. He has always loved sport and its challenges. Gopal has participated in numerous yoga competitions, acclaimed championships and title awards - but later he felt yoga is far beyond sports and competitions, it can be the best tool for any sport.|
Gopal has finished a diploma in Yogic science & Naturopathy from Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, an international teacher training (yoga siromani), an Advanced teacher training (Yoga Aacharya) from Sivananda Ashram, a 500-hour teacher training with Andrey Lappa on the system of Universal Yoga.
Gopal learnt yoga philosophy from his spiritual guru Master Kamal and he is always thankful to his first yoga teacher Guruji Chakra Paandi from the highly accredited Vivekananda Vidhyalaya school in India. At present he feels blessed and thankful to learn yoga philosophy from the kind-hearted Andrey Lappa .
Apart from practising yoga, Gopal loves ballet (he has a background in Russian & American ballet), Indian folk fusion,Certified Hip Hop, Certified Muay Thai, soccer, volleyball, badminton, swimming and music.
