|Class description:||A dynamic practice focused on moving the body along with the breath. The experience in this class is one of fluidity and motion. Poses are generally held for short periods of time and emphasis on the rhythm of the breath is encouraged with the purpose of aligning and focusing the mind. Some pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included.
Suitable for anyone looking to stretch their bodies with moderate physical effort. The focus of the class is more on stretching and awareness of body-breath synchronicity.|

|Mani was born in Chennai, South India and has learned yoga for more than 12 years. Under the training of his guru, Master Gopala Krishan, Mani has won numerous yoga awards in the District, State, National and International levels - one such accolade is Champion of Champions in the international competition. He was also awarded the titles of "Yoga Siromani", "Yoga Bhaskara", "Yoga Bhooshan" and "Yoga Jothi".|
Mani loves yoga and was already dedicated to becoming a yoga master when he was very young. Some of his impressive qualifications include a diploma in "Yoga and Naturopathy" at the Thiru Moolar Yoga Natural Diet Trust, Chennai and a graduation diploma in International Teachers Training Course from Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Dhanwantari Ashram, Neyyar Dam, Kerala.
Teaching for more than 6 years has taken Mani to India, Indonesia and Hong Kong, where he has taught at some of the most well-known fitness and yoga institutions - Celebrity Fitness Centers, Yogasana Alayam, Thirumoolar Yoga Natural Diet Trust, Vellammal Matric. Hr. Sec. School, St, Joseph's Matric.Hr.Sec, Nabi Crescent Matric.School. Mani's specialises in hatha and ashtanga yoga.
Apart from yoga, Mani is also fond of Thai boxing, music and photography.
