Class description:Pranayama is the practice of breath control. This meditation class introduces students to yogic breathing and concentration exercises that lead to a meditative state. Regular practice purifies the body and calms the mind, eventually leading to experiences of deep relaxation, peace and vitality. Some preparatory asanas may be included. Suitable for anyone seeking to calm the mind and revitalise the body.

"What's the difference between practising today and next month?" These were the words that made Will come into the hot room for the first time in 2008. It was also the first time in years that he had been able to focus and reflect, so he decided to come back the following day and has continued to explore yoga ever since. The change he had experienced influenced him to take a break from his career and undertake a 200-hour Vinyasa Flow teacher training course in 2011 to deepen his practice.

While on holiday in 2012, Will stumbled upon Lawrence Pradhan's class in Pure Yoga. Lawrence's focus on biomechanical principles of alignment and Tantric philosophy has had an enormous influence on his practice as well as his teaching style. Highly inspired by him, in 2014, he joined Patrick Creelman's Advanced Teacher Training programme in Hong Kong to further deepen his knowledge. Patrick's teachings and wisdom have allowed him to see the practice with a more mindful approach, allowing the intelligence within to awaken.

Will likes to keep his classes powerful and rooted to the basics. He believes that yoga is a journey that goes beyond the physical body and into the realm of the honest self. Focusing a lot on grounding and having a strong foundation, he goes around his flow sequence with proper alignment, a sense of stability and playfulness that welcomes practitioners of all levels. With Will's light-heartedness and genuine love for sharing from his experience, he hopes to help people connect their physical practice to a genuine understanding of themselves and the world around them, bringing balance into their everyday life.
