|Class description:||This class is designed to meet the needs of pregnant women and allow them to connect with their babies and their bodies during this special period in their lives. Specific postures are performed with the purpose of connecting with the pelvic floor area, strengthening specific areas of the core and nourishing their bodies as a whole. A sense of community is encouraged by practising along other women and sharing the experience of pregnancy. Some pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included.

|Frankie started yoga in 2003, and it has since taken over her life. After quitting the corporate rat race, Frankie spent a couple of months in an ashram in Southern India, where she experienced traditional methods of Yoga practice including postures, cleansing, breathing and meditation. Her guruji gave her blessings and guidance throughout this passage. Since then, Frankie has continued her yoga journey and obtained professional qualifications from Vivekananda (SVASA) and later, Pure Yoga.|
Frankie believes it is important to remain humble. As a yoga instructor, she enjoys the use of teaching as a tool to assist and serve others. She believes that when you are able to take care of yourself and maintain a positive mind, you are then able to take care of others in the same spirit.
Frankie often asks her inner-self for guidance and direction through meditation, so that she can deal with daily routines calmly and learn to reflect on her outer existence.
