Class description:A non-vinyasa based set sequence practised in a heated room focused on increasing the flexibility of the spine. 26 postures are practised in this sequence with no upper body weight-bearing. This class includes asana and pranayama. The heat adds to the physical effort required to do the postures and aids to condition the body. This class is suitable for students with physical endurance. No inversions are taught in this class. Room temperature: 38-41 °C.

Tania
Tania's real journey of yoga began while studying Architecture & Interior Design in London, UK. In a yoga studio next to her university, she found Shadow Yoga and fell in love with yoga. Her teacher was very strict and taught tough classes, which she loved so much. Tania's body felt amazing after, and she found this new inner joy and contentment with herself and the world. Her yoga journey continued to take her back to Australia where by chance, she found Bikram Yoga and quickly became addicted to the heat and the sequence. The results were also amazing - Tania discovered great skin, a toned body, and strength and flexibility. Today, she practises all styles of yoga but Bikram remains her 'bread and butter'. "If I'm having a bad day, I know a Bikram Class will shift my energy and leave me alive and refreshed."
